Client responsibilities and acceptable use
Unless already engaged via an Engagement Letter, the trial period with Foam is limited to 7 days and will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Intellectual property ownership and usage rights
Foam does not own your code or logs.
Deletion of data
Deletion of data can be requested within 72 hours by emailing perla@foam.ai.

Foam should not be liable for any issues or errors our error reports or misuse of our error reports result in.

Upon completion of the trial or at any time, either Client or Foam may choose to terminate.

Logo and name display rights
If Client completes onboarding and initiates a trial, Foam may use their logo and display it in marketing.
Testimonials or case studies
Foam may reach out for testimonials, and discounts may be offered to Clients who provide them.
